Shipping & Returns
Shipping speed is a very important when you have a new preemie, and we understand that! We have tried to make it simple by offering Free Shipping (first class mail) on orders over $50.00. For faster delivery we also offer inexpensive 2day shipping via FedEx for only $8.95.
For smaller orders, we offer the economical option of USPS First Class (3-9 days depending on distance). We also offer USPS Priority for those areas that FedEx doesn't deliver.
For International orders we recommend checking out our sister store: www.preemiestore.com which offers International shipping to many countries.
Please remember that your order must be processed, fulfilled, in some cases gift wrapped, then packed, labeled and picked up by the carrier of choice. We do our best to have your order on its way as fast as possible. Please keep in mind orders received before 12PM Pacific are shipped out the same day. Orders received after noon are shipped out the next day. Order are only shipped Monday-Friday, and shipping estimates are based on business days (M-F) You will be notified by e-mail when your order ships, with a tracking number for your package.

Please Note: Any order over $250 will be required to ship to the same address as the Billing address on the order. A signature will be required by the cardholder. We will call to verify the order and the credit card information will be verified. This is to protect both parties on fraudulent charges.

What is your return policy?
Perfectly Preemie offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products sold on our website. If for any reason you find any product unsatisfactory, you can send it back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, or within 60 days for store credit or exchange. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error made by Perfectly Preemie.
Rules & Conditions
Items must be returned in 100% new condition within the above timeframe. Items must not be worn, washed, or damaged and all tags must be securely in place and in the original product packaging. A copy of the packing slip/invoice should be included with the package.
How to Easily Return an Item
1. Include the packing slip/invoice in your shipment.
2. Write your reason for the return on the packing slip/invoice or a separate note.
3. Wrap the package securely, using the original packing material, if possible.
4. Mail the package to the address listed below.
Note: For your protection, we recommend you send your return using a traceable, insured method with any of the major carriers. Refunds cannot be provided for uninsured items that have been lost or damaged in the mail, so please take care.
Once we receive your item, we'll process your return within 2-3 days after receipt of your package at our warehouse. For credit card purchases, we credit the card you used for the order.
Is the item you want to return a gift? Indicate that you want to receive an e-mail gift certificate valid for the item's amount and note your e-mail address on the packing slip/invoice.
If you used a Perfectly Preemie Gift Certificate, we'll e-mail you a new one within five business days.
If you don't have your packing slip, please write your order number and the reason for your return/exchange on a slip of paper you enclose in your package.

Quick Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item quickly, we recommend that you go ahead and purchase the item(s) you want first and then ship us the item(s) you are returning. Email customer care notifying us of the situation. Not only will we expedite the processing of your new order, as soon as we receive your items we will speed through the credit/refund process.
Damaged/Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item in your order, we want to fix the problem. Just return the item directly to our warehouse, and we'll immediately send you the correct item or refund your money (including the original shipping charges). We will also reimburse you for up to $20 of the return surface shipping and packaging costs.
Returns/Exchanges of Packages or Sets
Please keep in mind, that if you purchased a set, we need all the pieces to issue a full refund.
